It was immaculately clean, the staff was caring, plus the service was very good. The setting was unbeatable, just off Eastbourne, the south coast and the sea front next to the Pier. And it was around 10-15 minutes walk from War Memorial Roundabout. The bed was comfy, and the room was nicely decorated. The continental breakfast was freshly cooked: slices of fresh bread and yoghourt.

Everything is very good here, had a very enjoyable short stay of a night or two. The staff are very very helpful and knowledgeable. Perfect location, it's set close to pubs/seafront, which is in a dip, and good pubs/restaurants. It's just a pleasant stroll away from Seafront Tandoori, spent evening there.
